The PURPOSIA Group investment holding company presented itself this year at Europe’s largest investment and real estate fair, EXPO REAL in Munich (October 6–8), as a partner of the Czech Cities and Regions stand. This year, the Czech pavilion brought together nearly twenty companies and institutions representing the construction, development, and real estate markets.
PURPOSIA Group used the fair to present technological innovations and successful projects of its subsidiaries – the HSF System construction group and the ANTRACIT development group. Experts and investors were particularly interested in the unique 3D concrete printing (3DCP) technology, which is being launched on the market by another PURPOSIA holding company – Coral Construction Technologies.
“We are convinced that this technology has a great future in the construction industry. It is moving the entire segment towards greater automation and robotization, thereby saving costs and human resources, which have long been in short supply in the construction industry. Our goal is to supply both entire buildings printed using 3DCP technology and standardized components,” says Jan Hasík, CEO of the PURPOSIA Group investment holding company.
Projects that attract attention
The HSF System construction group presented several projects at the fair, including a church in Neratovice, whose tower will be printed using 3DCP technology, and the Klokan shopping center in Žilina, where concrete printing technology is being used to build waste management facilities.
The ANTRACIT development group presented its project to renovate the historic Dvořákova villa, located in the city’s historic district, which will offer eight luxury residential units in the future. The “Bydlení Meandry” terraced house project in Ostrava-Výškovice also attracted a lot of interest. It aims to become a showcase for modern and sustainable urban living, and 3DCP technology is also planned to be used here. Construction is scheduled to begin in 2027.
