After just two years of existence, the PURPOSIA Group investment holding company has earned its place in the Czech Top 100 poll organized by Comenius. PURPOSIA Group ranked 81st, with the ranking determined by the total number of nominations on completed questionnaires returned to Comenius, of which the organizer, in cooperation with the Czech Chamber of Commerce, sent out 35,000 copies. The award ceremony took place on November 28 at the Municipal House in Prague.
“Our motto, ‘We have a plan for 300 years,’ is not just a phrase, but a real vision that includes development and investment outside of construction. For example, we already offer air transport for private clients, and I hope that we will soon enter the market with our own travel agency. In a hundred years, we may even focus on banking, who knows. The holding company does not depend solely on me, but its ownership structure allows any dreams, plans, and ideas to be realized even without me,” says Jan Hasík, CEO of PURPOSIA Group.
PURPOSIA Group currently comprises 43 subsidiaries engaged in construction and development, facility management, and aircraft and yacht leasing. The oldest of these began operations in 1980, while the youngest, Coral Construction Technologies, was established in the fall of this year and entered the market with unique 3D concrete printing technology.
The secret to success
According to Jan Hasík, however, there are five key factors behind the company’s success: fairness, openness, courage, humanity, and respect for personal life and leisure. The basic corporate philosophy is just as important as investment in the development of innovation and new technologies.
The holding company’s latest significant acquisition was the merger of ICE Industrial Services from Petr Otava’s MTX Group and the HSF System group from the PURPOSIA Group, which resulted in the creation of Coral Construction Technologies. Through Coral, ICE brings patented 3D concrete printing (3DCP) technology to the market, while HSF System contributes its extensive knowledge of construction processes and technologies. Together, they are implementing innovative projects such as the construction of the Holy Trinity Church in Neratovice, whose tower will be built using 3DCP.
