Let’s meet at J&T Banka Ostrava Beach Pro

PURPOSIA Group is once again the main partner of the prestigious J&T Banka Ostrava Beach Pro beach volleyball tournament held in the Dolní Vítkovice area. As in previous years, the tournament will feature original trophies for the best teams, designed and produced by PURPOSIA Group in collaboration with designer Radovan Šťastný.

The trophies reflect the industrial atmosphere of Dolní Vítkovice while also symbolically capturing the essence of beach volleyball itself. Each trophy consists of two perfectly fitting parts.

“We appreciate that Radovan Šťastný’s trophies contain several layers of meaning: a reference to the sport itself, an emphasis on perfect teamwork between players, and the industrial character of the venue. Just as players in a team must be perfectly synchronized, the trophy is also made up of two halves that fit beautifully together, which in my opinion perfectly captures the essence of this sport,” says Jan Hasík, Chairman of the Board of PURPOSIA Group.

A new feature of this year’s edition is the colour distinction according to placement. The gold, silver, and bronze versions give the winning trophies an even stronger identity. Each piece is a handmade original, and tournament visitors will also have the opportunity to take photos with the trophies. Fans will be able to see the trophies up close and take home a memorable souvenir from the atmosphere of world-class beach volleyball. Visitors can additionally enter their own photo into a competition for tickets to the Colours of Ostrava festival.

It is precisely the combination of top-level sport, architecture, design, and the industrial atmosphere that makes the Ostrava tournament such a unique event, respected by players and fans from all over the world.
