Following successful negotiations that culminated in the signing of a lease agreement in July, the ANTRACIT development group, part of the PURPOSIA Group, has entered into a partnership with AISIN, a major global supplier to the automotive industry. ANTRACIT today officially launched construction of new facilities to support the expansion of this automotive leader’s operations in Chotoviny near Tábor and handed over the construction site to the general contractor, its sister company HSF System. This marks the start of construction on the first of three planned halls in the ANTRACIT Chotoviny Industrial Park. The facility, with a usable area of over 7,000 m² designed for light manufacturing and storage, will be completed and handed over to the tenant in August 2027.

“We greatly value our newly established partnership with AISIN. We are delighted that this global leader is becoming a tenant in our park and that we can create top-notch conditions here for its further growth. Today’s handover of the construction site is an important step for us toward the actual implementation of the project. Thanks to the intra-group synergy between ANTRACIT and the contractor HSF System, we are able to proceed with maximum efficiency and flexibility. We recognize that this new construction will bring additional job opportunities to the Tábor area and support the region’s overall economic development,” says Jan Hasík, CEO of the PURPOSIA Group investment group.

The new building is designed with an emphasis on energy efficiency and sustainability. The technical design calls for the use of renewable energy sources, the installation of photovoltaic systems and heat pumps, as well as a dual-use water system.

The ANTRACIT Chotoviny Industrial Park covers a total area of over 67,200 m² in close proximity to the D3 highway. Once all three facilities are completed, the park will offer more than 26,600 m² of usable space. While one facility is fully occupied by AISIN, the other two—each with an area of over 7,000 m² and equipped with office and employee facilities—are awaiting construction tailored to their future tenants in the light manufacturing or logistics sectors.
