HSF System
The HSF System construction group, part of the PURPOSIA Group investment holding, has signed a contract for the construction of the Biskupská residential project. The new apartments will be built in an attractive location right in the center of Ostrava, close to the Ostravice River and Masaryk Square. The project will build on the existing skeleton on Biskupská Street, reviving one of the most prominent locations in the city center. HSF System will be the general contractor for the construction, while Pascerex real will be the investor and developer.
The project builds on the existing skeleton, which will be supplemented with new floors. The architectural design features an elegant façade and large-format windows that will open the interiors to daylight and visually connect the residence with the surrounding streets and the riverbank. The building will be equipped with the latest technologies, from underfloor heating and heat recovery to smart home systems. “For us, as great patriots of Ostrava, this is an extremely important project because we have the opportunity to bring this place back to life. In doing so, we will significantly contribute to the revitalization of this part of the city, which in recent years has become a sought-after and popular location in Ostrava,” said Tomáš Hess, commercial director of the HSF System construction group.
The completion of Biskupská Street is one of the key residential projects that will contribute to the revitalization of the Ostrava neighborhood known as Malá Kodaň in the coming years. This is a part of the city center leading from Masaryk Square, across Kostelní Street to the banks of the Ostravice River. “This is not only an important urban development project, but also a building with a strong symbolic dimension. The new housing will build on the history of the place and offer the residents of Ostrava a modern home in an intimate boutique style. I greatly appreciate that our partner is HSF System, which is able to ensure the highest quality of implementation,” says project architect David Kotek, PROJEKTSTUDIO EUCZ, s.r.o.
The Biskupská Residence will offer 53 apartments ranging from 1+kk to 5+kk, including the exclusive River View Collection with direct views of the river. The project includes underground parking for 22 cars and two commercial units measuring 150 and 400 m² on the ground floor. Apartment reservations are currently underway.
