PURPOSIA Group heads to the REAL EXPO trade fair in Munich with 3D concrete printing technology

The PURPOSIA Group investment holding company is heading to Europe’s most important trade fair in the field of investment and real estate with the aim of expanding its business activities and introducing visitors to technological innovations and the latest projects of the PURPOSIA holding company.

This year, over 2,000 exhibitors are registered for the Munich trade fair, and over 40,000 visitors are expected to attend between October 6 and 8. The PURPOSIA Group investment holding company is appearing at the fair for the first time as the official partner of the Czech Cities stand, which is organized by the city of Ostrava. Among the exhibitors this year will be the HSF System construction group and the ANTRACIT development group from the PURPOSIA Group holding company.

Guests will find the Czech stand in Hall A, where they can learn about the latest projects of the PURPOSIA Group. The youngest “daughter” of the holding company, Coral Construction Technologies, will also be presented at the fair, entering the construction market with a completely unique 3D concrete printing technology.

“At the EXPO world exhibition in Japan, we confirmed that there is enormous interest in this technology around the world, so we want to show at the Munich trade fair what we can do, that we have technologies in the Czech Republic that are currently unrivalled anywhere else in the world,” explains Jan Hasík, CEO of PURPOSIA Group.

Come and find out what makes Coral’s 3D concrete printing unique

On Monday, October 6, at 4:10 p.m., we invite trade fair visitors to a presentation of 3DCP technology by Coral Construction Technologies (Coral), where attendees will be introduced to completed projects and the possibilities and advantages of 3D printing.

“We are convinced that this technology has a great future in the construction industry. It is moving the entire construction segment towards greater automation and robotization, thereby significantly saving on construction costs and human resources, which have long been in short supply in the construction industry. Our goal is to supply both entire buildings printed using 3DCP technology and serial subcomponents. We are currently implementing a 3DCP-printed waste management facility for the Klokan shopping center in Žilina, which may serve as a prototype for other buildings,” adds Jan Hasík.

The construction of the Klokan shopping center is being carried out by HSF System, part of the PURPOSIA Group, which is an established turnkey contractor with projects in ten European countries. “At the trade fair, we want to present our innovations and latest projects, such as the construction of the Neratovice church using 3DCP technology. At the same time, we want to show that we are a European company with ambitions to expand our activities outside Europe. We are now able to provide the entire construction process anywhere in Europe at competitive prices and in high quality,” explains Tomáš Kosa, director of HSF System.

PURPOSIA Group is one of the leading European investment groups with Czech roots, which was established in 2023 as a holding structure around its construction companies HSF System in Czechia and Slovakia and other companies mainly from the construction industry. The history of the companies forming the PURPOSIA Group holding dates back to 2002, when their main specialization was complete roof and facade cladding, followed by an expansion of activities to general construction supplies. With annual revenues reaching CZK 4 billion, the group now deals with the entire life cycle of construction projects. Design and development are provided by companies under the ANTRACIT brand, while property management and maintenance are handled by SK Facility. Comprehensive supplies of industrial flooring and outdoor paved areas are offered by floorING, while aluminum systems and skylights are supplied by PRUNIWERK. The portfolio of companies also includes PREFA ONV, a manufacturer of concrete prefabricated elements, the surveying company Bezecný, Foredeck, which provides services in the field of tourism, and, most recently, Coral Construction Technologies, which specializes in 3D concrete printing and automation in the construction industry. The holding company now comprises a total of 43 companies with permanent representation in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Austria.

The group focuses on projects for customers from both the private and public sectors. Among the best known are, for example, the modern sports hall in Ostrava-Třebovice, Hornbach in Prešov, Nitra, and Prague, the elementary school in Velen, the retirement home in Dačice, and the Ronald McDonald House on the grounds of the Motol University Hospital in Prague. It has also implemented projects in Austria, Poland, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Croatia, Denmark, and Slovenia.
