HSF System SK is building its third shopping center in the Žilina region

HSF System SK continues to expand its retail infrastructure in the Žilina area.

Following the recent opening of the Klokan shopping center in Žilina and Bytča, it is now starting construction of another retail park, this time on a plot of land in the village of Rosina. Earthworks and the building foundations are currently in full swing, with the new center scheduled to open this year.

HSF System SK, part of the PURPOSIA Group investment holding, is acting as the general contractor for the construction. The new shopping center will expand the network of retail parks near the regional capital and offer more than 3,000 m² of leasable space for six retail units and 99 parking spaces. Compared to the shopping center in Žilina itself, it will be a smaller retail park, but with an emphasis on customer comfort and easy accessibility.

The project is another implementation by the developer KLM Real Estate and builds on the proven concept of a shopping center with separate entrances to individual stores directly from the parking lot.
