Apartments in the Dvořákova villa in the center of Ostrava await new owners

23. 2. 2026

The dilapidated villa from 1895 on Dvořákova Street in the center of Ostrava is undergoing sensitive reconstruction and will offer its new owners unusual living in the heart of the city. Villa Dvořákova will soon be transformed into a unique residence with eight apartments ranging in size from 38 to 160 m² with spacious terraces or loggias, barrier-free access, covered parking, community spaces, and a private garden. Completion is planned for early 2027, with the first owners expected to move in in the spring. Sales of apartments with above-standard interiors are already underway.

At the beginning of November 2025, the ANTRACIT development group handed over the construction to its sister company HSF System, which won the public tender based on the lowest price. The author of the architectural design for the renovation of the villa and the designer of the entire building is the architectural studio Ark, led by Petr Kundrát. HSF System will carry out a complete and sensitive renovation of the historic part and the addition of a new part.

Villa Dvořákova is part of the ANTRACIT group’s residential portfolio and is another project that will contribute to the cultivation of the urban environment and the development of quality housing in Ostrava. In 2027, the ANTRACIT development group will also offer rental housing in the multifunctional Václav building, which is being built a few streets away. Apartments in the Václav building will be available for rent at the beginning of 2026.

The ANTRACIT Group is currently preparing a project to build terraced houses called Bydlení Meandry in Ostrava-Výškovice, using 3D printing technology provided by its sister company Coral Construction Technologies.
