ANTRACIT has begun construction of new facilities for AISIN

The ANTRACIT development group has begun construction of modern manufacturing and warehousing facilities for AISIN, a global automotive supplier, at the ANTRACIT Chotoviny Industrial Park. The general contractor for the project is the sister company HSF System.

The new facility, with a usable area of over 7,000 m², will be used for light manufacturing and warehousing. Completion and handover to the tenant are scheduled for August 2027. The building is designed with an emphasis on energy efficiency and sustainability. The technical solution will include photovoltaic panels, heat pumps, and a system enabling dual-use of water.

The ANTRACIT Chotoviny Industrial Park is being built on an area of over 67,200 m² in close proximity to the D3 highway. Upon completion, it will offer three facilities with a total usable area exceeding 26,600 m². The first of these will be fully utilized by AISIN, while the other two will be custom-built for future tenants in the light manufacturing or logistics sectors.
