2025
The PURPOSIA Group investment holding company achieved consolidated net revenue of 2.84 billion crowns in 2025. Despite a slowdown in the construction market, it continued with its planned investments, portfolio expansion, and the development of new technologies. The group’s total assets rose year-over-year to 3.28 billion crowns.
The approximately 22% decline in revenue was primarily driven by lower demand for industrial, manufacturing, and logistics facilities, increasing competitive pressure, and lower margins. The largest subsidiary, the international construction group HSF System, therefore expanded its operations in the areas of residential construction, retail parks, public infrastructure projects, and the restoration of historic buildings. At the same time, it strengthened its activities in Austria and Slovenia.
The value of the holding company’s fixed assets increased by more than 14% year-over-year. Among the most significant investments was the modernization of the Prefa ONV production plant for 70 million crowns, which made it possible to expand the product range to include prestressed elements and triple production capacity. The holding company also increased its stakes in PRUNI Park and PRUNIWERK and expanded the ANTRACIT Group’s development portfolio.
“The strength of the holding structure was fully demonstrated precisely during a period when individual sectors are going through different phases of the economic cycle. Although the consolidated financial result was negative, we carried out all planned investments and increased the value of our assets,” said Jan Hasík, CEO of PURPOSIA Group.
Another significant investment move in 2025 was the acquisition of a stake in Coral Construction Technologies, a company developing 3D concrete printing technology. Through Coral, the PURPOSIA Group is strengthening automation and robotization in the construction industry.
In 2026, the holding company will focus on returning to a positive financial result, strengthening its position in European markets, expanding outside Europe, and further developing 3D concrete printing as well as services in the area of private and premium travel through its newest subsidiary, Vellaria Premium Travel.
