The PURPOSIA Group investment holding company reported consolidated net revenue of 2.84 billion crowns in 2025. Although this represents a decline of approximately 22% compared to last year, the holding company’s CEO, Jan Hasík, considers the past year a success. The group’s total assets grew year-over-year to 3.28 billion crowns, and all planned investments and acquisitions were carried out.
“The main reasons for the overall decline are lower demand across Europe for industrial, manufacturing, and logistics facilities, increasing competitive pressure, and shrinking margins. These circumstances naturally affected our overall financial results and, in particular, the results of our largest subsidiary, the construction group HSF System. On the other hand, other companies within the holding performed well and reported record profits. Thanks to this, we were able to carry out a number of planned investments. “The strength of the holding company structure was fully demonstrated precisely during a period when individual sectors are going through different phases of the economic cycle,” says Jan Hasík, CEO of PURPOSIA Group.
The HSF System Group responded quickly to changes in European markets by significantly expanding its operations beyond industrial, logistics, and manufacturing construction. It is establishing itself in the market as a general contractor for a wide range of construction projects, including civic and religious projects as well as complex renovations and restorations of historic buildings.
“We have significantly strengthened our residential construction business, and the retail park and shopping center segment has become a major pillar, accounting for approximately 70% of all completed projects in the Czech Republic and as much as 90% in Slovakia. At the same time, we focused on expanding our activities in Austria and Slovenia, where we are building on projects already completed,” adds Tomáš Kosa, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of PURPOSIA Group and CEO of the international construction group HSF System.
The holding company continued to invest and strengthen its portfolio
Despite the slowdown in the construction market, the holding company continued to invest, and the value of its fixed assets thus increased by more than 14% year-over-year. Among the most significant investments was the modernization of the PrefaONV production plant, into whose technology and equipment the holding company invested 70 million crowns. The investment made it possible to expand production to include prestressed elements and triple production capacity.
“Although the consolidated financial result for 2025 was negative, we consider 2025 to have been a successful year. Assets increased, and all planned investments were carried out,” Jan Hasík commented on the results.
In 2025, PURPOSIA Group continued to strengthen its portfolio both in terms of ownership and organization. It increased its stakes in PRUNI Park from 24% to 50% and in PRUNIWERK from 24% to 49%.
It acquired 100% ownership stakes in ANTRACIT BK, ANTRACIT LIVIA, and K 1 RESIDE – DEVELOPMENT, thereby strengthening the position of its subsidiary development group, ANTRACIT. The holding company is also expanding its operations in the facility management segment. A new company, SK Facility CZ, was established in the Czech Republic.
Investment in 3DCP Technology
One of the most significant acquisitions with long-term growth potential is the 50% stake in Coral Construction Technologies, which the PURPOSIA Group acquired through its subsidiary HSF System. Thanks to 3D concrete printing (3DCP) technology, the holding company can advance its strategic plans and ambitions in the field of automation and robotization in the construction industry.
These acquisitions and the commencement of amortization of consolidation differences arising in the previous period had a significant impact on the consolidated financial results. Amortization of the consolidation difference in 2025 was approximately 42% higher than in 2024, reaching CZK 33 million compared to CZK 23.3 million in the previous year.
Diversification as the Foundation for Further Growth
In addition to construction and real estate development, the holding company continued to expand into the modernization of prefabricated structure production, industrial flooring technology, the facility management segment, surveying services, 3D concrete printing, and premium travel. It was precisely this diversification that made it possible to partially offset the varying performance of individual segments and continue with long-term investment plans.
As of the end of 2025, the PURPOSIA Group holding company comprised 45 companies, employed more than 300 people, and, through its subsidiaries, carried out projects in twelve European countries. In 2026, the holding company aims to focus on returning to profitability, strengthening its position in European markets and expanding into non-European markets, as well as further developing automation, particularly through Coral Construction Technologies and its 3D concrete printing technology. It is also currently expanding its activities in the tourism sector, with 2025 marked by preparations for the further development of services in the area of private and premium travel.
