2025
I would like to briefly comment on our financial results for 2025. The year 2025 highlighted one important fact: Even though we ended last year with a net loss, we were able to carry out all of our planned investments and acquisitions, thanks in large part to the strength of our holding company structure. The holding structure ensures our stability even during more challenging periods, when individual sectors face adverse developments and go through different phases of the economic cycle.
While some companies were hit by a decline in demand and revenue, others thrived and achieved record financial results. This allowed us to balance out the differing performance of individual segments, support companies going through a more difficult period, and at the same time not hinder their further development. It was precisely last year that one of the main reasons why I adopted the holding company structure in 2023 became evident in practice.
In 2025, the construction market faced lower demand for industrial, manufacturing, and logistics facilities, growing competition, and pressure on margins, which was reflected in the financial results of the entire holding company, but most notably at our largest subsidiary, the international construction group HSF System.
In 2025, PURPOSIA Group achieved consolidated net revenue of 2.84 billion crowns, which is approximately 23% less than in 2024. On the other hand, the group’s total assets increased year-over-year to 3.28 billion crowns, and the value of fixed assets rose by more than 14%.
Tough times won’t stop us
Despite the decline in total revenue, I consider last year to have been a success. We invested 70 million crowns in modernizing and purchasing new technologies for our subsidiary Prefa ONV, thereby tripling our production capacity; we are now able to fully meet demand.
We also continued to strengthen the holding company’s assets and organizational structure. We doubled our ownership stakes in PRUNI Park and PRUNIWERK and acquired 100% ownership stakes in ANTRACIT BK, ANTRACIT LIVIA, and K 1 RESIDE – DEVELOPMENT. This has further strengthened the ANTRACIT development group. We have also expanded our operations in the area of facility management by establishing SK Facility CZ and laid the groundwork for significant growth in premium travel services.
However, I consider the acquisition of a 50 percent stake in Coral Construction Technologies—which develops 3D concrete printing technology—to be one of our most significant acquisitions with long-term growth potential. With this, we have opened a completely new chapter in the fields of automation, robotics, and sustainable construction. We are successfully implementing 3D concrete printing technology in a number of our construction projects, and in 2026 we will further expand the use and range of 3D-printed concrete structures and components.
We Are Responding to Market Changes
It has also become abundantly clear that we are able to respond very quickly to market slowdowns and cyclical fluctuations. The international construction group HSF System has significantly expanded its operations beyond industrial, logistics, and manufacturing construction and is increasingly establishing itself as a general contractor for a wide range of construction projects, including residential, civic, and religious projects, as well as challenging renovations of historic buildings.
Retail parks and shopping centers have become a key pillar of the company’s business, accounting for approximately 70% of completed projects in the Czech Republic and 90% in Slovakia. At the same time, the company is expanding its operations in Austria and Slovenia and preparing for further expansion into European and non-European markets. Many of last year’s projects in progress in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Austria will therefore have a positive impact on the results for 2026.
The year 2025 was not easy, but it demonstrated that a diversified portfolio, long-term investments, and the ability to respond quickly to changes provide us with a stable foundation even in less favorable times. However, the greatest asset of the PURPOSIA Group remains its people.
I would therefore like to thank all my colleagues for their work and loyalty, and I thank our customers and business partners for their cooperation and the trust they have placed in us.
